By participating in the blu Infinity Program, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before participating. If you have questions, reach out through blu PRO.
The Infinity Program is a voluntary creator incentive initiative designed to encourage consistency, long-term platform growth, and creator stability within the TikTok LIVE ecosystem.
Participation in the Infinity Program is optional and subject to ongoing eligibility requirements and program standards determined solely by blu.
To qualify for the Infinity Program, creators must meet all current eligibility standards established by blu, including but not limited to:
Qualification does not guarantee acceptance into the program. blu reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke participation at its sole discretion.
To maintain active Infinity status, creators must continue meeting all program standards, including:
Failure to maintain all program requirements may result in:
Creators who lose Infinity status may become eligible again if all requirements are re-met and approved by blu leadership.
All diamond calculations, growth percentages, activity metrics, qualification determinations, and performance reviews shall be based solely on blu's internal reporting systems and/or official TikTok LIVE platform data as determined by blu.
TikTok LIVE reporting resets according to platform reporting systems and timing. blu reserves the right to determine official qualification windows and reporting cutoffs.
The Infinity Program may include discretionary bonuses, consistency rewards, Personal Time Off (PTO) incentives, promotional incentives, and other creator rewards.
All rewards are:
blu reserves the right to delay payouts for verification purposes, adjust reward structures, and modify or discontinue incentives at any time. All rewards are distributed in USD via PayPal to the creator's verified PayPal account.
Within the Infinity Program, "PTO" stands for Personal Time Off and refers to a creator incentive reward intended to encourage healthy creator balance and long-term streaming sustainability.
PTO rewards are paid out monthly before the 15th of the following month for creators who meet all qualifying requirements that month. All rewards are paid in United States Dollars (USD) via PayPal. Creators must have a valid PayPal account in good standing to receive payment. PTO rewards:
All PTO rewards remain subject to manual review and approval by blu leadership.
Consistency bonuses are manually reviewed and awarded separately from other Infinity rewards.
To qualify for the 222 Streak Bonus ($150), creators must stream at least 22 days in each of two consecutive qualifying months while maintaining all base Infinity requirements.
To qualify for the Quarterly Consistency Reward ($500), creators must stream at least 22 days per month for three consecutive qualifying months while maintaining all base Infinity requirements.
If a creator fails to meet program requirements during any qualifying month, consecutive consistency bonus streaks will reset. All bonuses are paid separately via PayPal and remain subject to approval by blu leadership.
The Infinity Program is a voluntary creator incentive initiative. Participation does not create:
Creators remain fully independent users of TikTok LIVE and maintain sole control over their streaming activities, schedules, content, audiences, and business operations.
Infinity creators are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times. Creators may receive warnings, suspension, or immediate removal for:
Severe violations may result in immediate removal without warning. All conduct-related determinations made by blu leadership are final.
Creators may be considered inactive if they stream fewer than 7 sessions or 15 total streaming hours within a monthly period.
Creators who voluntarily leave blu, become inactive, or are removed from blu may immediately lose Infinity status and all unpaid rewards or benefits.
Official Infinity Program communication, updates, notices, and rule changes will be delivered through blu PRO. Creators are responsible for monitoring blu PRO for all program-related communications.
Failure to review official communications does not exempt creators from program requirements or updates.
The Infinity Program relies on TikTok LIVE platform systems, reporting, and payout infrastructure. blu is not responsible for TikTok LIVE platform outages, algorithm changes, account bans or suspensions, payout changes, technical issues, or delayed reporting systems.
If TikTok systems experience outages or delays, Infinity payouts or reviews may also be delayed. blu reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue Infinity benefits if platform conditions materially change.
blu reserves the unrestricted right to modify eligibility requirements, change reward structures, adjust payout amounts, pause or remove benefits, suspend creator participation, or terminate the Infinity Program entirely — at any time, with or without prior notice, and for any reason.
Participation in the Infinity Program does not guarantee revenue, viewership, platform growth, sponsorships, brand deals, continued platform success, or future payouts. Creator success varies based on individual effort, audience behavior, platform conditions, and market factors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, blu, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost profit damages arising out of or related to participation in the Infinity Program.
This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, loss of audience, platform penalties, emotional distress, business interruption, loss of anticipated earnings, or loss of opportunities.
Participation in the Infinity Program is voluntary and at the creator's own risk. In all cases, blu's total liability shall not exceed the actual unpaid incentive amount, if any, directly owed to the creator at the time of the dispute.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Infinity Program shall first be attempted to be resolved informally and in good faith between the creator and blu.
If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Virginia rather than through court litigation, except where prohibited by law. Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise required by law.
Creators are solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and international taxes associated with any rewards, incentives, bonuses, or payouts received through the Infinity Program. blu may issue tax documentation where legally required.
All decisions regarding eligibility, qualification, bonus approval, program standing, reward distribution, and enforcement of these Terms & Conditions shall be made solely by blu leadership and are final.
By participating in the Infinity Program, creators acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, agree to comply with all program requirements, understand that blu may modify the program at any time, and understand that rewards and participation are discretionary.
